These terms are governed by California law. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@kynosdogtraining.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute relating to these terms or the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and both parties consent to that venue. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of the website after posting means the updated terms apply.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, are the entire agreement regarding use of the website.
